The staff went above and beyond, clean room and linens, English-speaking staff, quiet hotel, good restaurant and drinks.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot close to many shops and a supermarket. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was kept clean despite being shared. the friendly staff provided good service, and the cost for the stay was reasonable.
The walls were quite thin, which made it difficult to sleep through the sounds of other guests.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and professional, speaking English well. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and the bus stop, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fan to keep us cool. The shared bathrooms were spotless. The restaurant on the ground floor had great food and drinks.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Best aspects of my Xmas stay included the convenient location near a bus stop, making exploring the area easy. the hotel had spacious rooms with a fridge and coffee/tea facilities which was nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Worst aspects of my Xmas stay included the shared bathroom not being very clean and fresh, as well as being quite noisy due to its location on a busy street. the breakfast offered was overpriced and not worth the money.
